These terms cover the use of this website, the text messaging program, and window cleaning service provided by Daylight Exterior Services LLC in Georgetown, Texas and the surrounding area.

Text messaging terms

How you join

You join by contacting us first. That happens one of four ways:

• You tap a text link on a Daylight Exterior Services door hanger or on this website, which opens a message to 512-877-7979 that you then send.
• You text 512-877-7979 directly.
• You call and give your mobile number, and ask to be texted rather than called back.
• You send the contact form on this website with the optional text-message box checked. That box is never checked for you, and leaving it unchecked does not stop you from getting a quote.

There is no list to subscribe to, no box checked for you, and no way to be added by anyone else. If you have never contacted Daylight Exterior Services, you will not receive a text from Daylight Exterior Services.

What you will receive

• A reply to the question you asked, including a price.
• Appointment scheduling and confirmation.
• An arrival time on the day, and a message if that time changes.
• Follow-up about work that was performed, including anything found on site that you should know about.

You will not receive promotional blasts, offers, or messages about anything other than window cleaning service you asked about or received.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and the texts end. You will get one confirmation that they have ended, and nothing after that. You can start again at any time by texting us.

Reply HELP for help, or call 512-877-7979 and a person will answer or call you back.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device.

Your information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The full Privacy Policy explains what is collected and how it is handled.

Quotes and pricing

• Hard water etching and construction residue are quoted separately. Neither is ordinary window cleaning and neither comes off with ordinary window cleaning. If your glass has either, you will be told before work starts, not after.
• A quote given without seeing the property is based on what you describe. If the property differs materially from the description — more windows, different access, a second story that was not mentioned — you will be told before work starts, and you are free to decline at that point at no cost.

Scheduling and access

• An arrival time will be given and kept, or you will be called if it changes.
• Reasonable access to the windows is needed, inside and out as applicable. Furniture, blinds, screens, pets and locked gates are worth mentioning when you book.
• Either side may reschedule. Weather that makes the work unsafe or pointless will move the appointment, not cancel it.

The website

The content of this website is provided to help you decide. It is accurate to the best of our knowledge, and it is not a contract.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
